DSTS News and Additional Information

Student information, used for transportation purposes, is received electronically from schools. It is important that parents ensure the school has up-to-date information throughout the school year. If your daycare provider changes or you are moving, please remember to contact your child's school with any changes. Please note Caregiver's addresses are accepted for elementary students only. School bus route changes take three (3) days to implement after the school database is updated. Please note that during September this process can take up to five (5) days.

The DSTS automated telephone line provides 24 hour access to transportation information for students. The numbers to call are:

1-866-908-6578 or 905-666-6979

To access information parents will need their child's birth date (YYYY/MM/DD) together with the OEN number or 9 digit student number. These numbers can be found on the child's report card, or through contact with the school.
